Tripp Lite's SR2POST 2-Post SmartRack Open Frame Rack is an economical way to accommodate 45U of rack space for 19-inch rack mount applications where space is at a premium. Its heavy-duty, aluminum construction can safely support 800 lbs (362.9 kgs) of rackmount equipment. The black, textured power coat finish makes it resistant to scratching while giving it a classic, attractive appearance. The SR2POST is easy to install due to a self-squaring design combined with 12-24 threaded and numbered mounting holes, and bolt down provisions. Only standard hand tools are required for installation (9/16" wrench and 9/16" socket/ratchet). Multiple units can be bolted together side by side for easy expansion or customization when required. The SR2POST 2-Post SmartRack Open Frame Rack has been approved by EIA-310-D, IEC 60297-3-100, and RoHS, and is backed by a 5-year warranty. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
