Came across the monitor I was looking for with very decent discount - made the purchase and order went through but there was a stock issue.
Contacted Jim who responded promptly and offered full refund immediately or to wait for a new batch to come in and deliver with original pricing - which I went for.
Better process and communication than many big name operations, would not hesitate to use again and will recommended to others.

Very happy with the refurbed laptop. Perfect for what I wanted as a low-cost occasional use remote working laptop. All MS Office functions worked well.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Jim himself. Jim was very quick to reply to my email regarding a tracking issue, and even followed up personally to make sure the product was in my hands. The product is top quality and honesty unbelievably priced. I've seen other competitors, including Amazon.ie, charge at least €150 more for the same SKU of 9070 XT.
