Competitive prices and very reliable

Came across the monitor I was looking for with very decent discount - made the purchase and order went through but there was a stock issue.
Contacted Jim who responded promptly and offered full refund immediately or to wait for a new batch to come in and deliver with original pricing - which I went for.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Jim himself. Jim was very quick to reply to my email regarding a tracking issue, and even followed up personally to make sure the product was in my hands. The product is top quality and honesty unbelievably priced. I've seen other competitors, including Amazon.ie, charge at least €150 more for the same SKU of 9070 XT. Was going to go to an English chain of computer shop, googled and seen valupc. I ordered a new laptop and Monitor late Sunday night and had them in my hands on Wednesday morning with everything working as expected. I would recommend Valupc as they are Irish and defiantly good value, will be back in the future.
